Detailing is a cosmetic service designed to clean, enhance, and protect your vehicle — it is not a repair or restoration service. Results vary based on vehicle condition, materials, and prior damage.

General Service Disclaimers

Results May Vary
Not all stains, odors, scratches, or defects can be completely removed. Results depend on vehicle age, condition, materials, and prior damage.

Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, paint failure, cracked or brittle leather, faded trim, torn upholstery, weakened plastics, or failing clear coat.

Condition-Based Pricing
All pricing is based on average vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards, or neglect may require additional labor and will be discussed and approved prior to service.

Time Estimates
Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition and selected services. Quality workmanship is never rushed.

Interior Detailing Disclaimers

Stains & Odors
Some stains and odors — especially those caused by dyes, smoke, mold, urine, or long-term neglect — may be reduced but not fully eliminated.

Pet Hair
Severe pet hair removal requires specialized tools and additional time. Pet hair removal is not included in standard interior packages unless specifically added.

Interior Wear
Cleaning improves appearance but will not repair cracks, tears, heavy wear, or permanent discoloration of leather, vinyl, or fabric surfaces.

Electronics
While extreme care is taken, we are not responsible for malfunctions of pre-existing or aftermarket electronics, sensors, alarms, or accessories.

Exterior Detailing & Paint Disclaimers

Paint Correction
Paint correction improves gloss and reduces visible defects but does not guarantee complete removal of scratches, etching, oxidation, or paint failure.

Clear Coat & Repainted Surfaces
Vehicles with thin, failing, or repainted clear coat carry increased risk. We are not responsible for clear coat failure caused by pre-existing paint conditions.

Rock Chips & Deep Scratches
Rock chips, deep scratches, and defects that penetrate the clear coat cannot be safely removed through detailing alone.

Water Spots
Some water spots, especially those etched into clear coat or glass, may not be fully removable.

Ceramic Coating Disclaimers

Not Scratch-Proof
Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof and do not make a vehicle immune to damage.

Maintenance Requirements
Proper maintenance is required to preserve coating performance. Neglect, improper washing techniques, or automatic car washes may reduce longevity.

Curing Period
Vehicles must remain dry and unwashed for the recommended curing period. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results or warranty coverage.

Warranty Limitations
Coating warranties apply only when proper maintenance guidelines are followed and documented.

Window Tint Disclaimers (If Applicable)

Legal Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure selected tint percentages comply with local and state regulations.

Curing Process
Temporary haze, moisture, or distortion may appear during the curing process and is considered normal.

Defroster Lines
Tint installation or removal may affect existing rear defroster lines. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing or weakened lines.

Appointments, Payments & Policies

Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Deposits
Deposits, when required, are non-refundable and apply toward the scheduled service.

Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

Weather Conditions
Outdoor or mobile services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions beyond our control to ensure proper results.

We treat every vehicle with care, pride, and respect. While detailing can dramatically improve appearance and condition, it is not a repair service. Our commitment is honest communication, professional workmanship, and clear expectations — every time.
